WHY NEARLY EVERY BACK FENCE OUT HERE IS COLORBOND
Colorbond has taken over the Western Sydney backyard for good reasons. It doesn't rot, it doesn't need painting, it doesn't warp or drop palings, it's solid so it gives you actual privacy, and the colour goes right through the coating rather than sitting on top of it. Over the life of the fence it works out about the same as timber and needs none of the attention.
The part that matters and that nobody looks at is the ground. A lot of blocks out here fall away, and a Colorbond fence on falling ground either steps down in neat increments or gets a plinth or sleeper retaining at the base. Get that wrong and you've got a gap under the fence for the dog to walk through and soil washing out from under it in the first big storm.

We measure the run and work out where the fence steps, where a plinth is needed and where retaining is the better answer.
REMOVE THE OLD FENCE
Old fence pulled out and taken away, including the old post stubs and concrete.
SET THE POSTS
Posts dug to depth and concreted at the correct spacing. This is the whole fence.
RAILS, SHEETS AND CAPPING
Rails fixed, sheets slotted in, and capping run along the top so the line is straight and the edges are covered.
GATES AND CLEAN-UP
Gates hung and adjusted, spoil and offcuts taken away, and we walk the line with you.
WHAT IS INCLUDED IN YOUR QUOTE
Anything quoted separately — extra excavation, spoil removal, tricky access, or council-required work — is listed as its own line on the quote before you accept it, not added afterwards.
