Any personal information provided via our online quote form or phone line (including your name, phone number, email address, and property suburb) is used strictly for assessing your fencing project and providing accurate trade quotes. We do not sell or share your information with third-party telemarketers.

Website enquiries are processed through Resend and sent to Sydney Fence Group's business inbox. We use Google Analytics to measure site visits and enquiry activity, and Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the website. These services may use cookies and process device, browser and interaction data. Do not include sensitive personal information in your enquiry. 2. Onsite Quotations & Boundary Lines

Onsite boundary measurements and quotes are provided in good faith based on visible ground pegs, existing fence lines, or property boundary markers. Customers are responsible for confirming official property boundary lines prior to installation if a dispute exists between neighbours.

3. NSW Dividing Fences Act

Dividing fencing between adjoining residential properties is subject to the NSW Dividing Fences Act 1991. We provide itemized quotes split 50/50 upon request to assist adjoining landowners in sharing the cost of a sufficient dividing fence.
