A modular wall is a system of pre-finished panels that slot between steel posts set in concrete footings. You get the mass and finish of a rendered masonry wall, but the wall goes up in days rather than weeks, and there's no waiting on a bricklayer, no scaffolding and no wet trades on your site.
They're used most on front boundaries, along busy roads where noise matters, around pool areas as a backdrop to glass fencing, and as feature walls where a Colorbond fence would look wrong. The panels come pre-coloured or ready to be painted to match the house.

In NSW, fences on a primary road boundary are generally limited to 1.2 metres under the exempt development rules, and masonry-type fences elsewhere on the block are limited to 1.2 metres where a metal fence could be 1.8 metres. Above those heights you'd need approval. We check your specific boundary before quoting.
